Riders missed handoffs, customers had no live tracking, and dark stores oversold SKUs nightly. The operator needed a platform that could coordinate inventory, routing, and notifications in real time.
AZRUT delivered customer ordering, picker and rider apps, and a control-tower dashboard. We integrated maps, SMS, and warehouse feeds, built SLA timers with escalation rules, and load-tested peak dinner windows before launching city by city with ops playbooks.
The operator hit sub-30-minute delivery SLAs across three cities with live tracking and fewer oversells. Dispatch uses one control tower, customers see accurate ETAs, and dark stores restock from real-time inventory signals.
