Job summary
We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative with native or fluent German language skills to help us expand our presence in German-speaking markets.
What we look for
- Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level required)
- Strong English communication skills
- 1–3 years of sales or business development experience
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Understanding of B2B sales processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
How you'll contribute
- Generate qualified leads in German-speaking markets
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Research and identify potential clients in the DACH region
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
