Job summary

We are looking for a backend-focused Node.js Developer to build fast, scalable server-side applications and APIs. You will work within an agile engineering team to ship reliable features that power our products.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Node.js and Express (or similar frameworks)

  • Solid understanding of REST API design, async programming, and event-driven architecture

  • Experience with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL

  • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

  • Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) and able to critically evaluate AI-generated code

  • Strong debugging skills and a focus on writing clean, testable code

How you'll contribute

  • Build and maintain scalable REST APIs and backend services

  • Integrate third-party services, APIs, and data sources

  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure service reliability

  • Collaborate with frontend engineers and product managers on feature delivery

  • Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, and scalability
