Job summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to help us ensure the quality and reliability of our products. You will work closely with developers and product managers to define test strategies, identify bugs, and drive quality standards across the team.
Minimum Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in manual QA or software testing
Strong skills in writing and executing test cases, test plans, and bug reports
Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA and working in Agile environments
Solid understanding of regression, functional, and exploratory testing
Comfortable using AI-assisted testing tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to improve test coverage and documentation efficiency
Strong attention to detail with clear and concise communication skills
How you'll contribute
Create and maintain test cases for new and existing product features
Execute manual test cycles and document bugs with clear reproduction steps
Collaborate with developers during sprint cycles to verify fixes and validate features
Perform regression testing before releases to maintain product stability
Contribute to improving QA processes and help build a culture of quality across the team
