Job summary

The Lead Generation Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and sourcing potential leads and creating opportunities for Azrut’s B2B expansion. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with strong analytical and communication skills to help scale our partnerships globally.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Sales Research, Business Development, Market Research, or similar roles.

  • Strong internet research skills with the ability to identify and validate business information quickly.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and company research platforms such as Crunchbase, TechCrunch, Tracxn, Apollo, or similar tools is an advantage.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Good understanding of B2B businesses, startups, and the software development industry.

  • Ability to identify buying signals and qualify prospects based on predefined criteria.

  • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data collection and documentation.

  • Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tools.

  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of meeting daily productivity targets.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality output.

  • Willingness to learn new research tools and continuously improve lead generation processes.

How You Will Contribute

  • Research funded startups across the US and UK that align with Azrut's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

  • Identify and validate prospects with strong buying signals using multiple research sources and pass it to sales team

  • Identify key decision-makers including Founders, CTOs, VP Engineering, and other technology leaders.

  • Maintain a structured lead database with complete and validated information.

  • Classify prospects based on qualification criteria and sales readiness.

  • Collaborate closely with the business development team to ensure a consistent flow of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).

  • Monitor target companies and update prospect information as business signals evolve.

  • Optimize partnership lead quality and identify growth opportunities by developing and implementing strategic business lead generation initiatives to enhance targeting and conversion rates.

Work Schedule and Patterns:

  • UK Shift timings (2:30 PM to 11:30 PM)

  • 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)
