Job summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will gather, analyze, and document requirements while working alongside product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure we build the right things.
Minimum Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in a business analyst or product analyst role
Strong ability to gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements
Proficiency with SQL and tools for data analysis and reporting
Experience working in Agile environments with tools like JIRA or Confluence
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) for documentation, data analysis, and research
Excellent communication and documentation skills
How you'll contribute
Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders
Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Analyse data to surface trends and inform product and business decisions
Facilitate workshops and reviews to validate proposed solutions
Support UAT and help ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations
