Job summary
We are looking for an AI / Data Scientist to help us build intelligent systems and data-driven solutions. You will work at the cutting edge of machine learning and AI, applying modern techniques to real product challenges and contributing to Azrut's AI strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering
Strong Python skills with hands-on experience using ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Experience with NLP, LLMs, or generative AI (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG)
Proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale data pipelines
Deep familiarity with AI tools and development workflows including Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and LLM APIs
Strong ability to communicate findings and technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
How you'll contribute
Design, build, and deploy ML models and AI-powered features into production
Work with product and engineering to integrate AI capabilities into our platform
Build and maintain data pipelines to support model training and evaluation
Conduct experiments and iterate on models using rigorous evaluation methods
Stay current with AI research and identify opportunities to apply new techniques
